Due to being a "By Appointment Only" our service providers are at work ONLY when they have scheduled appointments. When you don't show up to an appointment that is lost income for the provider. There is a 50% service fee that will be charged to the card on file when appointments are CANCELLED inside 12 hours of your scheduled appointment time. OR if you do not show up to your appointment within 15 minutes of the start time you'll be considered a "NO SHOW" and this fee will apply.
All of our service providers work solely on a commission based pay structure. When a client cancels their appointment less than 12 hours before the appointment start time it is very difficult to fill that spot, creating several gaps in our schedule and leaving the provider with lost income.
In order to best prevent short notice cancellations we have a great text/email reminder system in place. When you make an appointment you will get an automated text and email that says the date/time/service of your appointment, as well as another text 24hrs before your scheduled appointment, AND a confirmation text 14 hours prior.
We understand life is busy and things come up so if you are needing to reschedule or cancel your service you can do so through the link on the automated texts or please CALL the spa at least 12 hours prior to your appointment
